Our Primary Outreach and Family Support Services provide a joined-up approach that helps children overcome barriers to learning, strengthens family wellbeing, and supports schools in achieving positive outcomes for their pupils.

Working in partnership with schools, parents, carers, and young people, our experienced team delivers tailored support designed to meet individual needs. Whether a child is experiencing challenges with attendance, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, or engagement in learning, we work collaboratively to identify solutions and provide practical, effective strategies.

Our Family Support Worker Service offers compassionate, non-judgemental support to families, helping them navigate challenges and access the advice, resources, and services they need. By building strong relationships between home and school, we help create stable foundations that enable children to succeed. 

🎓 Primary Outreach Service

Our Primary Outreach Service works directly with schools to provide guidance, interventions, and specialist support for pupils. Through partnership and professional expertise, we help schools develop effective strategies that improve engagement, promote inclusion, and support pupils to reach their full potential.
